Prepare the Package
Safely pack the items in their original, unopened condition, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
Ship the Items
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Receive Your Refund
